Please note that until further notice our office will remain closed to the public in accordance with 2021 Government Restrictions.
As our country comes to terms with trying to slow the spread of the Covid19 Virus – we are trying to play our part in protecting our staff and their families while maintaining a viable level of service for you our customers.
Our offices are open for our normal hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. – Monday to Friday and admittance of the public continues to be limited to “prior appointment only” by contacting the office or your consultant direct. Admittance to the office is also strictly on the condition that:
- Those attending have not been in any way unwell in recent weeks or have any reason to believe they may have been exposed to Covid19
- Visitors must wear a suitable face covering at all times and must sanitise immediately on entry.
- Staff are also required to wear a suitable face covering for the duration of any meeting and a safe distance of a minimum of 2 meters must be maintained at all times.
Full safety protocols must be followed at all times. The protocols are in place for the safety of both staff and customers alike and we thank everyone for their strict adherence and cooperation. We also continue to deal remotely by phone and e-mail where possible,
Once again, we remind you that outside these office hours you can leave a message on our main switchboard (053 91 46592) and we will get back to you as soon as possible,
Alternatively you can e-mail your query to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have an individual consultant that you deal with, you can contact them on their mobile phone or by email at any stage and they will get back to you as quickly as possible
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Most life companies have reduced the numbers of staff in attendance and are promoting working from home where possible. This to protect staff and their families. This means however that we are unable to maintain the high levels of service but can assure you that we have prioritised our work to ensure the most urgent queries and tasks receive priority at all times and are completed in a timely fashion.
We trust that all our customers understand the importance of this and we thank you for your cooperation and continued support and understanding during these strange times.
We are all aware of the very precarious position our country is in at present as case numbers rise at unprecedented rates. We encourage everyone to stay at home as much as possible and to follow the guidelines. We also thank our staff for their diligence and cooperation in keeping our offices open and looking after our customers.
Stay safe and stay focused and together we can beat this virus
